Oh Target & Goodwill, how I love thee! Every paycheck, my husband and I each get a certain amount of spending money to spend however we please! And of course, I spent mine on more home decor! No regrets, though, as I got the CUTEST things! Target Dollar Spot is one of my favorite places to check out every time I have to run into Target. I always get sucked up by the cute little home decor items in that section and I almost always walk away with something that I love and extremely excited about! And you know Goodwill will always have that special place in my heart and I always find something amazing at Goodwill!
First, let's start off with this sweater mug that is seriously giving me LIFE for this fall and upcoming winter season!! I can't wait to make all the coffee and hot chocolates in this! And...ONLY 3 DOLLARS!!! If you're a coffee mug fanatic like me then you need to run - run to your local Target now before they're all gone! It's a great size and I love the sweater texture on the glass! It just makes it so cute and cozy for the fall and upcoming winter months.
Next, let's talk about this ADORABLE sign that I picked up in the Target Dollar Spot! I loved the quote "Gather here with grateful hearts." I've been trying to practice and implement gratitude more in my life and I love filling my home with cute little reminders to keep being grateful! The colors and the design went just perfectly with my home, and again, only $3!! We put this on the little end cap of our wall by our front door and to the right of our TV and it just ties everything together nicely! Now, I would post a picture of how I styled the string lights shown in the first picture, HOWEVER, that would cause me to reveal another flipped DIY that will be in an upcoming post, so for now all I will tell you is that I got them from the Target Dollar Spot for $3! They are so cute and we put them above our bed which just added the perfect amount of ambience and coziness! It comes with a small battery pack, so you don't have to plug it into the wall which is really nice!
Let's talk about this gorgeous knitted cream blanket! It was love at first sight the first time I laid eyes on her. I saw her from a distance and ran to her immediately! Now, right away, my first thoughts were "Where's the stain? Who would give up such a gorgeous blanket?" But upon inspection the worst thing I could find were a few loose threads that were SO easy to fix!! It was a dream come true for me! I've always wanted a huge, comfy, knitted blanket the size of my king bed to snuggle up with in the winter months - and I found her!! She was $7.99 at full price and worth EVERY. SINGLE. PENNY! I know I'm going to enjoy this blanket for years to come and I can't wait for it to get cold enough for me to burrito wrap myself into this blanket!
Last, but certainly not least, this beautiful crocheted pillow for only $1.99. Yes, you heard that right! Only two dollars for this beautiful, boho inspired pillow. The minute I saw this I knew I had to have it! I love finding throw pillows at Goodwill because they are always so cheap! And if you get them on half off they're only one dollar each!! Such a perfect way to stock up on cute throw pillows without breaking the bank! I love the design on this pillow, it's so simple and perfect and matches my other throw pillows for my big couch so nicely!! I love how this is all coming together, it makes my heart so happy!
